綾瀬まち未来会議＋は、綾瀬市民とともに、2040年の綾瀬のビジョンをつくるための開かれた会議体です。
人口減少、少子高齢化、移動手段の変化、働き方や住まい方の多様化。これからの15年で、私たちの暮らしを支えてきた前提は大きく変わっていきます。だからこそ、未来の綾瀬を行政や専門家だけに委ねるのではなく、このまちで暮らす人、働く人、学ぶ人、関わる人たちと一緒に考えたい。
どんな移動があれば、高齢になっても自由に出かけられるのか。
どんな住まい方があれば、ひとりでも孤立せずに暮らせるのか。
どんな公共空間があれば、子どもも大人も自然に集まれるのか。
どんな仕事や学びがあれば、綾瀬にいることが可能性になるのか。
綾瀬まち未来会議＋は、専門家の知見と市民の実感を持ち寄りながら、2040年の綾瀬のあり方を少しずつ描き、言葉にし、共有していく場です。
まだ完成された答えはありません。けれど、だからこそ、いま一緒に考える意味があると思います。

Ayase Future City Conference Plus is an open platform for citizens to imagine and shape the vision of Ayase in 2040.
As population decline, aging, mobility, work, and ways of living continue to change, the foundations of everyday life are being redefined.That is why the future of Ayase should not be left only to government or experts. It should be discussed by the people who live, work, learn, and take part in this city.
What kind of mobility will allow people to move freely as they age?
What kind of housing can prevent isolation?
What kind of public spaces can bring children and adults together?
What kinds of work and learning can make living in Ayase a source of possibility?
Bringing together expert knowledge and citizens’ lived experiences, this conference gradually draws, verbalizes, and shares a vision for Ayase in 2040.
There is no completed answer yet.That is precisely why we believe it is meaningful to think together now.

綾瀬まち未来会議＋は、2040年を見据えた綾瀬市の将来像を、市民とともに検討し、共有し、更新していくためのプロジェクトです。
都市、建築、交通、福祉、教育、産業など、多様な分野の専門家を招き、講演と対話を重ねながら、綾瀬の未来に関する論点を整理していきます。そこで得られた議論をもとに、綾瀬の将来像を「ビジョン2040」として段階的に形成していきます。
本会議が目指すのは、単なる要望の集約ではありません。市民の生活実感を出発点としながら、綾瀬という都市の可能性を再発見し、これからの地域社会のあり方として構想していくことです。
Ayase Future City Conference+ is a project to examine, share, and continuously update the future vision of Ayase toward 2040 together with its citizens.
Through lectures and discussions with experts in fields such as urban planning, architecture, mobility, welfare, education, and industry, the forum identifies and organizes key issues concerning Ayase’s future. These discussions are gradually developed into Vision 2040.
The aim is not merely to collect requests or opinions. Starting from citizens’ lived experiences, the project seeks to rediscover the potential of Ayase and envision a future form of local society.
ビジョン2040は、綾瀬まち未来会議＋における議論と実践を通じて形成される、2040年の綾瀬の将来像です。
移動、住まい、ケア、教育、仕事、公共空間、産業など、暮らしと都市を支える主要なテーマについて、これからの綾瀬に求められる方向性を整理していきます。
このビジョンは、完成された計画ではありません。会議での議論、市民からの意見、地域での実践を通じて、継続的に検証され、更新されていく構想です。
Vision 2040 is a future vision of Ayase developed through the discussions and practices of Ayase Future City Conference+.
It examines key themes that support everyday life and the city, including mobility, housing, care, education, work, public space, and industry, and organizes possible directions for Ayase’s future.
This vision is not a finalized plan. It is a developing framework that will be continuously examined and updated through discussions, citizens’ voices, and local practices.

講演の内容、参加者から提示された意見、議論を通じて明らかになった論点を記録し、ビジョン2040の形成に反映していきます。
会議は単発のイベントではなく、綾瀬の将来像を継続的に検討し、蓄積していくためのプロセスとして位置付けています。

綾瀬まち未来会議＋では、会議での議論や、まちの未来を考えるための視点を、季刊誌や4コマ漫画として発信しています。
季刊誌では、会議で交わされた議論や、そこから見えてきた論点を記録・編集し、市民に広く共有します。
また、その時点で更新された「アジェンダ2040」を図解やイラストとして可視化し、2040年の綾瀬の将来像を具体的に伝えていきます。
Ayase Future City Conference+ shares its discussions and perspectives through publications, including a quarterly magazine and four-panel comics.
The quarterly magazine documents and edits the discussions held at the conference and shares the key issues that emerge with a wider public.
It also visualizes the latest version of Agenda 2040 through diagrams and illustrations, making the future vision of Ayase more concrete and accessible.The four-panel comics use everyday scenes as a starting point to communicate changes in the city and possible future ways of living.
